We often recognize people for going above and beyond in the service they offer our customers. Today I want to recognize one of our teams for going above and beyond in their Productivity. Our team at Approved Auto Sales had a sales goal for the 1st quarter of 2014. They were able to meet this sales goal with two weeks left in the quarter. We had a small celebration in the office and had the ladies pose for pictures with the contract that pushed them over their goal. It would have been easy for them to “take it easy” for the last two weeks of the quarter since they had already met their sales goal. The Approved Auto team isn’t wired to “take it easy.” They set another personal goal for the last two weeks and were able to exceed the original sales goal by 20%.
