Wishing all of our Mom’s that work for Montgomery Enterprises a very Happy Mother’s Day.  We hope you have a wonderful, relaxing weekend – you deserve it!

M – O – T – H – E – R
M” is for the million things she gave me,
O” means only that she’s growing old,
T” is for the tears she shed to save me,
H” is for her heart of purest gold;
E” is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
R” means right, and right she’ll always be,
Put them all together, they spell
MOTHER,”
A word that means the world to me.

An All the Time Thing

On February 1 the New England Patriots will be taking on

the defending champion Seattle Seahawks in the Super

Bowl XLIX.  The teams will be going head to head in an

all-out effort to take home the Lombardi Trophy which is

named for the legendary Green Bay Packer coach Vince

Lombardi.  Coach Lombardi is one of the most quoted

coaches of all time and one of my favorites to quote as

well.  I thought some wisdom from Coach Lombardi

would serve as a great pep talk as we are not even halfway through the first quarter of 2015.  —  Luke

“The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.”

“It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.”

“The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.”

“Confidence is contagious.  So is lack of confidence.”

“Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit.”

“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we will achieve excellence.”

“The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.”

“The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.”

“People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defenses, or the problems of modern society.”

“Winning is not a sometime thing, it is an all the time thing.  You don’t do things right once in a while. . . you do them right all the time.”

Let’s hear from you, our employees.  Leave a comment on this blog post as to who you think will win the Super Bowl and what the score will be.  The team member who chooses the winning team and comes closest on the score wins $50.  Good luck!
