I would like to point out a great display of Championship Customer Service in one of our stores. Yesterday, Keisha Bland in Aberdeen MM, was caught greeting her customers with a warm smile and gentle handshake. I know this put her customers at ease and made them feel welcomed. Keisha was very enthusiastic and eager to exceed her customer’s needs from the start of the transaction until the end.
Keep it up, Keisha!!
It is so much easier to be nice, to be respectful, to put yourself in your customers’ shoes and try to understand how you might help them before they ask for help, than it is to try to mend a broken customer relationship. – Mark Cuban
The first step in exceeding your customer’s expectations is to know those expectations. – Roy H. Williams
There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. – Sam Walton
